Always Display the Menu Bar in Windows Explorer

Note: By default, the menu bar is not displayed in Windows Explorer.
If you enable this policy setting, the menu bar will be displayed in Windows Explorer.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, the menu bar will not be displayed in Windows Explorer.
Note: When the menu bar is not displayed, users can access the menu bar by pressing the ‘ALT’ key.
Note: This guide shows you how to make changes to Windows 7 using Group Policy. Group Policy is not available in Home versions of Windows 7.
