Learn how to change how files and folders look in Windows 7’s folders and Libraries.
Changing View Styles
- Open an Explorer window. Your pictures, music, or documents folders would be an Explorer window.
- Click the More options drop-down arrow at the top right of the Explorer window.
- Slide the arrow up or down to select the view style of your choice.
Note: Windows 7 remembers the view style you set for individual folders. The next time you come back to this folder it should have the same view style as you set.
