Duplicate Displays

1. Open the Control Panel from the Start menu.
2. Open Display in the Control Panel.

   

   Note: If Display is not available, change View by to Large icons at the top right of the Control Panel.

3. Click Change display settings in the Display window.

   

4. Set the Multiple displays drop-down box to Duplicate these displays and then click OK.

   

5. If everything looks OK, click Keep changes.

   Hey! i have a problem trying to set my LCD to my laptop. My LCD supports Full HD (1920 x 1080), and my laptop’s display 1280 x 800. The thing is, i want to duplicate the desktop, but i only do so for 800 x 600 i want to select a different resolution for my LCD but i can’t make it the main display. What should i do?
