Enable Mouse Pointer Trails

Learn how to enable a mouse pointer trail in Windows 7.

Enable Mouse Pointer Trails

  1. Right-click an empty space on the desktop and then select Personalize.
  2. Click Change mouse pointers in the top left of the Personalization window.

  3. Select the Pointer Options tab.
  4. Check off Display pointer trails in the Visibility section.

  5. Adjust the slider to tell it how long of a trail you want and then click OK to save the settings.
