The splitter will only duplicate the display. You'll need a video card that supports two monitors.

I need to take that back, I have just updated my driver to 185.85 and it has sorted it, so I need to say sorry to nvida/MS. I notice that I didn't need to reboot either, and the other monitor started working without me having to choose the settings, nice...

Don't work for me, works on Vista though, god knows why they need to knob about with these setting, sometimes I think they change stuff for the sake of it. These options have been rock solid since about nvidia drivers in the 40's (versions numbers I mean, they are up 175-180 something like that now), you had the 3 option for dual monitors, clone, extend and the other was called dual view I think so like an extra bit of screen relestate to plonk stuff on, and then Vista comes along an we somehow lost the extend, and now Win 7 is here and none of them work. Have you noticed also on Win 7 RC1, there are no options to report bugs like in the previous beta?

Hi,

I have installed Windows 7 build 7048 x64 and I'd like extend the display to composite device (TV) but not works. I try DNA-Ati driver but this works only if I disable digital driver enforcement in advanced boot option but it isn't permanently. Anybody has a working solution to this problem? working digitally signed driver?

thanks
