Find the Workgroup Name

Learn how to find the computer’s workgroup name in Windows 7.

Find the Workgroup Name

  1. Click the Start Orb.
  2. Right-click Computer in the Start Menu.
  3. Select Properties from the menu.
  4. The workgroup name will be under the Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings section of the System window next to Workgroup.
