		<description>No such luck.  I&#039;m pretty sure the &quot;troubleshoot&quot; feature has never helped me with anything.  Duh, go ask a friend.  I never would have thought of that.</description>

		<description>None of the above &quot;fixes&quot; have worked.  The wireless says it is connected but the internet says not available.  I have unplugged the modems and router and restarted the laptop to no avail.  Any suggestion would be welcomed!!!

		<description>Mine just keeps saying Windows can&#039;t find the problem. Tried wired and wireless on dsl, internet works fine on my ps3 and iPod, not sure why Windows is putting up such a fuss.</description>
