Increase the Size of Text

Learn how to change the size of text and other items on your screen in Windows 7.

Increase Text Size

  1. Open the Control Panel from the Start menu.
  2. Open Display in the Control Panel.

    Note: If Display is not available, change View by to Large icons at the top right of the Control Panel.

  3. Choose between Small (which is the default), Medium, or Large text size and then click Apply.

  4. Click Log off now and then log back in to see the changes.

    This is a great tip, but i wonder if there is a way to affect the logon screen. The size there is not what i need it to be
