Make Files and Folders Available Offline

Learn how to make files and folders available while you’re not connected to the network using Offline Files in Windows 7.

Make Files and Folders Available Offline

  1. Browse the network and find the file or folder you want to make available offline.
  2. Right-click the file or folder you want to make available offline and then select Always Available Offline.

  3. The networked file or folder will be prepared for offline use.

    Note: You can click Close at any time and it will not affect the syncing process one bit.
