Set Windows Search to Find Partial Matches

Let’s say you are searching for fried rice. Partial matches allows Windows search to give you results of documents with fried rice, fried, or rice in them.
Note: If Folder Options isn’t available, change View by to Large icons at the top right of the Control Panel.
