Show Recently Opened Items in the Start Menu and Taskbar

  1. Right-click the taskbar (the bar with the start orb and time) and then select Properties.
  2. Select the Start Menu tab in the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window.

  3. Check off Store and display recently opened items in the Start menu and the taskbar.

  4. Click OK to save the changes.
