Add MAXIMUMpcguides to Internet Explorer Search Box

This guide shows you how to add the ability to search the MAXIMUMpcguides website using the Google search engine from Internet Explorer 7’s search box while you’re on this site or at any time.

How It’s Done

When you are viewing any page on this site the down arrow in the Internet Explorer 7 search box will turn orange.

If you click the down arrow you will see MAXIMUMpcguides Google Search next to an orange dot in the drop down list.

If you select MAXIMUMpcguides Google Search anything you type in the IE7 search box will be searched for using the Google search engine within this website only.

Add MAXIMUMpcguides Google Search to Your Search Providers

You can add the ability to search for content within MAXIMUMpcguides at any time (even when you are not on this site) by clicking the orange down arrow while you’re on MAXIMUMpcguides and point to Add Search Providers, then select MAXIMUMpcguides Google Search.

Click the Add Provider button.
