Automated Disk Cleanup
Posted By Brent Trahan On December 20, 2005 @ 2:53 pm In All, Tools | No Comments
One feature I really liked about Windows 98 was the ability to run a tool that would automatically run a scan on your hard drive for errors, get rid of all the junk, then defragment the local drives. Since Windows 2000+ that is not the case. I wanted a tool that did the same thing so bad I created one myself.
I call the tool Automated Disk Cleanup. It’s a very simple set of batch files and others that clean your computer from its trash then defragments all the local drives for you.
