Change How Often Windows Mail Checks For New Mail

Change the Auto Send/Receive Frequency
- Open Windows Mail.
- Click Tools and then select Options.
- Set how often (in minutes) you want Windows Mail to check for new e-mail under Send / Receive Messages.
