Change How Often Windows Mail Checks For New Mail

Change the Auto Send/Receive Frequency

  1. Open Windows Mail.
  2. Click Tools and then select Options.
  3. Set how often (in minutes) you want Windows Mail to check for new e-mail under Send / Receive Messages.
