Create a Contact in Windows Mail

Create a New Contact

  1. Open Windows Mail.
  2. Click Create Mail.
  3. Click To: in the New Message window.
  4. Click New Contact in the Select Recipients window.

  5. Fill out the contact details and click OK to save it.

Note: When you send an e-mail using Windows Mail to an e-mail address that is not listed in your contacts, a contact for that e-mail address is automatically created for you. Learn how to stop Windows Mail from automatically creating contacts [3] for you.
