How to Hide Windows Updates
- Open the start menu, click All Programs, and then click Windows Update.
- Click View available updates.
- Right-click the update(s) you want to hide and select to hide them.

It is even easier to right-click and then just hit H. You can go through all of the language packs in Vista Ultimate in under half a minute that way.
