How-to Flip an Image Using Microsoft Paint

Learn how to flip a picture vertically or horizontally using Microsoft Paint in Windows Vista.

  1. Open a picture in Microsoft Paint.
  2. Click Image and then select Flip/Rotate.

  3. Select whether you want to flip the picture horizontally or vertically and then click OK.

Now you have a flipped picture using no 3rd party software.
