How-to Return Microsoft Products for a Refund
Posted By Brent Trahan On July 19, 2007 @ 7:46 am In All, Windows | No Comments
Let’s say you go out to a retail store and buy a retail copy of Windows Vista and install it on your computer only to find out it doesn’t work as well as your thought it would.
If you try to bring it back to the retail store you purchased Windows Vista at they probably won’t take it back if you opened the package. Microsoft will take that copy of Windows Vista back if you meet a few guidelines.
Send the returns to Microsoft’s return center located at:
U.S Customers
Microsoft Product Returns Program
2031 Burroughs Ave.
San Leandro, CA 94577
Canadian Customers
Microsoft Product Returns Program
6200 Dixie Road Unit #17
Mississauga, Ontario
Canada L5T2E1
You can contact Microsoft’s return center by calling 1-888-673-8624.
