		<description>If you skew the image one way (horizontal and by 12 degrees, for instance), and then skew the image the opposite amount the other way (vertical and negative 12 degrees) you can rotate it by any amount you want, not just 90 degree intervals!
Although, every rotation made degrades the quality and the smoothness of the selection being rotated, so use sparingly.</description>
