How-to Rotate an Image Using Microsoft Paint

- Open a picture in Microsoft Paint.
- Click Image and then select Flip/Rotate.
[1] - Select whether you want to rotate the picture 90, 180, or 270 degrees and then click OK.

Now you have a rotated picture using no 3rd party software.
