How-to Rotate an Image Using Microsoft Paint

  1. Open a picture in Microsoft Paint.
  2. Click Image and then select Flip/Rotate.

  3. Select whether you want to rotate the picture 90, 180, or 270 degrees and then click OK.

    [2]

Now you have a rotated picture using no 3rd party software.
