		<description>After following your procedure and restarting, the wmarecordrate still shows 320000.  However, after selecting Windows Media Player and moving the slider to the right, wmarecordrate reverts back to 192000.  Do you need to input 320000 again after moving the slider to &quot;hold&quot; 320000?  Thanks.</description>
