Install the LLTD Protocol on Pre-Vista Computers

The Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) protocol was developed by Microsoft and is included in Windows Vista, updated Xbox360s, and later operating systems.
The LLTD protocol is an OSI layer 2 protocol that displays a graphical map of a network like the screen shot below.
