Introduction
Yes you can install any version of Windows Vista without a product key and legally use it for 30 days. Microsoft made this possible to cut down piracy.
How it’s done
- During a clean install or upgrade of Windows Vista you’ll be asked for your product key.
[1]Leave the product key box empty and click Next.
- Click No in the message that pops up.
[2] - Select the version of Windows Vista you want to install and check off I have selected the edition of Windows that I purchased, and then click Next.

This full featured evaluation version of Windows Vista will run for 30 days without being activated.
