If you frequently take screen shots you can set the Snipping Tool to open when keystrokes are selected and take a screen shot. This guide shows you how to set the Snipping Tool to open and take a screen shot when keystrokes are pressed.
Now anytime you press Ctrl + Alt + S on your keyboard the Snipping Tool will run and capture a screen shot for you.
