Stop 0×24 or NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
Posted By Brent Trahan On September 9, 2008 @ 6:44 pm In All, Troubleshooting, Vista, Windows | No Comments
The Stop 0×24 message indicates that a problem occurred within the Nfts.sys which is the driver file that allows the system to read and write to the NTFS file system (hard drive).
Before you can fix this problem you need to figure out what caused it. Did you recently install new software or hardware? This will help out a lot when troubleshooting the problem.
